  • ice cube trays or silicone molds

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Combine bananas, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and water in either a large bowl or blender.
  • Blend on low until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
